Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns, we understand that issues may arise with your order. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at hello@reyamodest.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. In your email, include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once we receive your request, our team will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Final Sale Items

All items purchased from Reya Modest are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Regular-priced and/or sale items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Hijabs, undercaps, and headwear for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards and promotional purchases

Order Modifications & Cancellations

As we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@reyamodest.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order is processed, we cannot make changes.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Reya Modest is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier for further assistance. Any claims regarding lost or stolen packages should be directed to the shipping carrier. We're always happy to help with any processes.
